Rediscover deep sleep
Relieve aches and pains
Relax every tense muscle

Level 1 is the perfect place to start. With 8,000 spikes you can expect a balance of initial discomfort and deep release. Ideal for anyone new to acupressure.

The first few minutes of lying on spikes is the hardest thing you’ll do. After that, you’ll wonder why you didn’t get on them sooner. We developed the world’s only acupressure mat app from scratch to make it as easy as possible, so you can leapfrog the initial discomfort and double the benefits of your Shakti Mat.

ALL-NEW BLISSFOAM™

Soft enough to sink into. Firm enough to push back – perfect for getting each spike into deep tension. It’s organic, spongey, soft, breathable, and covered by a light organic cotton slip.

FINELY FINISHED OUTER DESIGN

A stronger, yet softer, organic cotton outer is completed with rounded piped edges, and a discreet YKK® zipper closure. Responsibly dyed, GOTS-certified and hand stitched.

PRECISION-ENGINEERED SPIKES

The sharper the better, and regardless of which level you choose, ours are the sharpest around. Guaranteed to get to the point, by nestling into tension and activating your acupoints instantly.
