7 minute Chakra Balancing Routine
Here’s a simple 7 minute chakra balancing routine you can do at home. It combines gentle awareness, breath, and energy focus. 🌿
Doing this in the morning or before bed can help calm the nervous system, heal and cleanse, and prepare your body both before the day starts, and when the day is over.
🌈 7-Minute Chakra Balancing Routine
1.Close your eyes
2.Take 3 deep breaths, in through your nose and out through your mouth. This signals your body to relax and are considered cleansing breaths.
3. Rub your hands together to create a bit of heat
4. Now breath in through your nose and out of your nose until complete
5. Picture diamond white light coming in through the heavan's, entering the top of your head, filling up your body from top to bottom, then exiting through your feet going down to the core of the earth and then back up and through your entire body exiting the top of your head into the Heavens and back down into your body.
Working your way down your body:
Crown Chakra
Crown Chakra – Connection (1 minute)
Location: Top of the head
Gently place one hand on the top of your head
Imagine violet light circleing in and around your head
Feel calm energy flowing down through your body
Affirmation
-“I am connected to universal healing energy.”
Third Eye – Clarity (1 minute)
Location:jJust slightly above, in Between your eyebrows
Put one hand on your forehead and the other hand on the back of your head
Imagine indigo light expanding in your mind
Affirmation:
“I see clearly and trust my intuition is always guiding me to the best possible outcome."
Throat Chakra - Communication (1 minute)
Location: Your throat
-Place one hand on the front of your throat and one hand on the back
-Imagine blue light expanding in your mind
Affirmation:
I am free to speak my truths with love and kindness
Heart Chakra – Emotional Balance (1 minute)
Location: Center of chest
-Place both hands over your heart
-Imagine a soft green light expanding
Affirmation:
“I give and receive love freely.”
Solar Plexus – Personal Power (1 minute)
Location: Upper abdomen
Place both hands one on top of the other just above your belly button and below your ribs
Breathe into your stomach
Visualize a warm yellow sun glowing
Affirmation:
“I trust myself and my inner power.”
Sacral Chakra - Intimacy and Desires (1 minute)
Location: Pubic area
Place both hands on your pubic bone
Visualize a beautiful orange light or sunset
Affirmation:
"I love freely and am loveable. I am free to express my desires"
Root Chakra – Grounding (1 minute)
Location: Base of the spine
Place each hand on each hip
Imagine glimmering red light at the base of your spine
Affirmation:
“I am always safe and always supported.”
Close the practice by moving your hands to a prayer position and say thank you to your master and for blessing you with this universal energy, full of light, love and healing.
